(Holtville Fire)...It was reported near the Barbara Worth Country Club..

Officials say the fire was fast moving and it burned a shed being used as a storage shed. Employees at the Country Club called County fire and began efforts to extinguish the blaze. County Fire arrived and relieved the volunteers. They were able to stop the fire from spreading to the nearby homes. It was finally extinguished. An official cause of the fire is being investigated. It is suspected, however, that a controlled burn got out of control. No injuries and damage was only to the shed.
