The Calipatria City Council will meet Monday afternoon.

The Special Meeting of the council agenda includes a proclamation recognizing October as Brea Cancer Awareness Month and also proclaiming the month as Down syndrome Awareness Month. The council is also expected to approve acceptance of State Citizens Options for Public Safety Program (COPS) funding. 

The meeting starts at 1:00 p.m. in the council chambers.
