(The City of El Centro Online Payment System is offline).....The City of El Centro made the announcement.

They say the online payment system for utility bills and other services is unavailable. They said the system will be offline Thursday and Friday for scheduled maintenance. For those two days residents need to make their payments in person at City Hall during regular business hours. Only Checks and cash will be accepted until the system is back online. The City appreciates everybody's patience and cooperation.
