(Man Reported missing in Brawley)....He has been found.

Unfortunately he was not alive. 61 year old Ruben Garcia had been reported missing by the Brawley Police Department. Tuesday the Department updated the report by saying the body had been found. Garcia was in a vehicle found submerged in the Rockwood Canal. Police say the investigati9on is ongoing to determine a cause of death and to find out what caused the vehicle to crash into the canal.
