Two people were injured in a Friday night traffic accident.

The accident was reported at about 7:40 p.m. on State Route 98 and Barbara Worth Road. Two cars collided resulting in one of the cars to roll over. Two people sustained manor injuries. One was transported by Mercy Air to Desert Regional Medical Center and the other by ambulance to El Centro Regional Medical Center. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
