(IID Board is meeting this afternoon)...The Directors have 3 items on their action agenda.

They are being asked to approve the El Centro Generation Station Unit 2-2 Gas Turbine Generators Major Overhaul Project. They are being asked to approve an amendment to the Energy Imbalance Market Project Phase 3. And they are being asked to approve the 2025 Deficit Irrigation Program Description and Agreement. They will end the meeting in Closed Session. During the closed session they will discuss anticipated litigation, and there will be a public employee performance evaluation for the General Counsel.
