A school bus hit a pole Friday evening.

The accident happened shortly after 6:00 p.m. at Nile Drive and Treadwelll Boulevard in Salton City. The California Highway said that the collision caused a student to fall out of her seat and slightly injure her arm. The accident remains under investigation.
