Congress passed a Continuing Resolution Friday and that means the government is funded.

That also means the NAF-El Centro Air Show is good to go. With out the Continuing Resolution the air show would have been cancelled. The NAF-El Centro Air Show features the U. S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels, in their first show of the season. There will also be flight demonstrations by other military and civilian aircraft. The show features a Kids Zone as well as many static displays. The gates open at 8:30 a.m. and admission and parking are free. Attendees over 18 must have government issued identification to get on board the Navy base.
