(Drugs found in a semi)....It happened at the Highway 86 Border Patrol checkpoint.

The tractor-trailer attempted to pass through the checkpoint but was stopped by Border Patrol agents. The semi was searched with the help of a canine. Agents discovered over 17 pounds of cocaine and 8 pounds of methamphetamine. The narcotics had a street value of approximately $212,954.
