(The El Centro City Council asking the IID for a presentation)....The Council authorized the City Manager Tomas Oliva to send the IID a letter.

The letter would request a presentation or Town Hall meeting with the Imperial Irrigation District. They want the District to provide the public with more detailed information on the proposed rate increases, including the necessity and justification for the changes. The Calexico City Council has discussed a similar presentation for their residents.
