The Calipatria City Council meets Tuesday.

The Council is expected to appoint delegates to various commissions and agencies including the Local Agency Formation Commission, Imperial County Transportation Commission and the Southern California Association of Governments. The Council may also take action on a $50.00 per meeting stipend for members of the Planning Commission. The council will discuss and possibly take action on applying for a Geothermal Grant and Loan Program Application for the expansion of the Calipatria wastewater treatment capacity expansion. The Council will meet in closed session at 5:30 p.m. and reconvene to open session at 6:00 .m. The meeting will be at Calipatria City Hall.
