It will be the first meeting Chaired by Division 3 Director Gina Dockstader. The meeting will be held at the Cambria Hotel in the Imperial Room. The meeting will start at 9 in the morning. There will be no action items on the agenda. There is an informational item. It is a workshop facilitated by Leading Resources Incorporated, covering the board governance 2025 goals snd activities. Closed session will be at the end of the public session.
