(The County Board of Supervisors recognized Kelley Tuesday)....At the Board of Supervisors meeting Tuesday Kelley was recognized for his service to the county.

The outgoing Supervisor has served the county for 53 years. As the County Supervisor for District 3 and as the Chief Probation Officer. The Board said throughout his career, Kelley has been a steadfast advocate for progress, stability and the well being of the community. They said his leadership and commitment leave a lasting legacy. The board extended their deepest gratitude for his service, wishing him a well deserved and fulfilling retirement
