(October is full of events at Pioneer's Museum.)... Saturday is Discovery Day, from 10 am to 2 pm.

The following day will be the members annual luncheon meeting. Members will here the annual state of the museum event and they will vote on the slate of officers for the coming year. On October 11th, it will be IVC Chicano studies film night. It is free and includes cultural heritage discussion and the screening of the film Coco.. October 18th will be the free Lecture night. October 25th, starting at 6 pm, it will be the fall Cavalcade, celebrating Imperial Valley's wild west Spirit, including the anniversary of the Ride of the Century, Cattle Call Historical photo exhibit, free activities, museum fundraising and more.
