Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District (PMHD) has named an Acting Chief Executive officer.

The district has named Carly Loper to the position left vacant by the recent resignation of the previous CEO Christopher Bjornberg. Ms. Loper has been with PMHD since 2013 and has served as Chief Financial Officer, providing executive oversight and support to the finance and revenue cycle operations of the district.
