(The Line Fire in San Bernardino County)...It has been burning since September 5th. Cal Fire officials issued an update on the fire Friday morning

.. According to the update, the fire has now burned 37,743 acres. It is 21% contained. It has been confirmed the fire started as a result of arson. One suspect is in custody. Evacuation orders remain in effect, as are evacuation warnings. Officials say the fire is threatening 65,100 structures, including 11,400 under evacuation orders and 53,700 under Evacuation Warnings. Damage from the fire is still being assessed. There are 3 evacuation centers in operation. There are 3,900 personnel assisting in the fire, including a strike team from Imperial County. They are using 19 helicopters, including Black Hawks, 409 engines, 85 dozers and 34 water tenders. The Governor has authorized a state of emergency in San Bernardino County, which means California National Guard will be available for support at the Line Fire. There have been 3 injuries reported.
