A portion of State Route 86 was blocked when a big rig flipped over.

The accident occurred at about 9:52 a.m. Tuesday morning on State Route 86 at Hoskins Road. The big rig rolled over and blocked one lane of the eastbound highway. CalTrans crews responded to the accident scene to block off traffic.
