Your November General Election Ballot will have more than just candidates seeking your vote.

There are 6 local measures that will appear on ballots in Brawley, Imperial, Heber and Calipatria.

City of Calipatria residents will be asked to vote on Measures I and M. Measure I, if passed, would make the office of City Treasurer appointed. Measure M, if passed, would make the position of City Clerk appointed as well.

The Brawley Elementary School District, Imperial Unified School District and Heber Elementary School District are all looking for voter approval on bond issues. 

The City of Brawley will ask residents to approve a 1% increase in the sales tax to continue funding various city services.
