(Human Smuggler sneaks illegal migrants into US)...It happened Tuesday.

A smuggler apparently cut the border fence to allow 9 people to illegally enter the country. US Border Patrol says thee smuggler loaded the group into an SUV and sped away. The driver of the SUV would not stop. Agents deployed a spike strip. That stopped the vehicle. The 9 illegal migrants were taken into custody. No information has been released on the smuggler.
