(Beat the Heat Indoor Cornhole Tournament)....It is aa fundraiser.

.It will be hosted by the Friends of El Community Services Foundation and the City of El Centro. The event will be held August 10 in the air conditioned confines of the Martin Luther King Jr Sports Pavilion, at 770 Park Avenue. Thee event will raise funds for youth scholarships, supporting recreation and library programs, including swimming lessons, NBN registration fees and Library initiatives. The event features recreational and competitive brackets, Teams will compete for prizes and the coveted title of Cornhole Champions.
