The California Highway Patrol responded, along with Imperial County Fire and AMR Ambulance. They said a 50 yeear old man suffered a cut on his shoulder and possibly suffered a concussion. He was transported to E Centro Regional Medical Center for treatment. The CHP is investigating thee cause of the incident.
