One of them is Fireworks. The Fireworks are on Sale in Imperial County, but they are only legal within the City Limits of Brawley, Calexico, Calipatria, El Centro, Imperial, Holtville and Westmorland. Only Safe and Sane Fireworks are legal in the cities. All Fireworks are illegal in the unincorporated communities of Imperial County. That includes Heber, Niland, Ocotillo and Seeley. Anything that explodes or shoots up in the air, such as Sky Rockets is illegal everywhere. Use off fireworks purchased in Mexicali could lead to a fine or even jail time.
