Closed session starts at 5:30 pm with a conference with legal counsel to discuss litigation between Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District versus the IVHD. Regular session begins at 6 pm, with Public comments. A Public Hearing will be held for a presentation of draft maps be the National Demographics Corporation. During the hearing the public will be able to comment on the proposed electoral maps. Following the hearing, the Board of Directors will consider several resolutions, including establishing voting Districts, the terms that will be proposed for the purchase of El Centro Regional Medical Center, the recommended date to dissolve the Heffernan Memorial Healthcare District. Another resolution will deal with the recommended date to dissolve Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District.
