(Several early morning earthquakes)....They were all centered between 20 and 23 miles Southeast of Mexicali.

The US Geological Survey says the swarm began at 1:42 Wednesday Morning. It was a magnitude 4.3. Within five minutes there were four more minor to moderate quakes. There was a 3.8 magnitude quake at 1:43 am, a magnitude 3.7 quake at 1:44 am, a magnitude 3.0 at 1:45 am, a 3.0 magnitude quake at 1:46 am. Then afteer a few hours, there was a magnitude 4.6 quake at 4:58 am. There has been no damage or injury reported.
