Assemblyman Eduardo Garcia says AB 1878 concerns Tribal Housing, and builds on previous legislation from Garcia to ensure greater equity and eliminate persistent barriers obstructing Tribal Nations from accessing state housing programs. AB 3116 concerns Student Housing Developments. It aims to increase student housing projects by allowing density bonus eligibility along with other helpful incentives and concessions for the construction of student housing projects Both bills now move on to the Senate.
