The Grand Opening of the Southwest High School Health Sciences Center will be held Thursday.

The new Health Sciences Center is dedicated to serving students enrolled in the Career Technical Educational: Health Sciences and Medical Technology courses. The courses offer students an experience that emphasizes patient care with a ficus on public health. The celebration start at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2024, with a community partner resource fair. The Grand Opening Ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m. The public is invited and tours of the new facility will be available.
