The Imperial Irrigation District Board Directors will hold a Special Meeting Monday.

The meeting will convene at 9;00 a.m. at the Condit Auditorium on Broadway in El Centro. The Board will adjourn to closed session with 3 items on the agenda. There will be a Conference with Legal Counsel  concerning anticipated litigation, Public Employee Performance Evaluation, and Conference with Labor Negotiator for an Unrepresented Employee. The last two items concern the districts Genera Counsel.
