The Brawley man is suspected in the murder of 36 year old Sandy Favela Flores about two weeks ago. He is charged with one count of first degree murder and three counts of child abuse. It was agreed that the pre-trial hearing should be postponed to allow defense attorney's more time to study the evidence against the defendant. The hearing was continued until August 6.
