( Brawley Police report a shooting on social media)...The incident occurred last Saturday.

Two people were shot. Police say the shots were fired between two vehicles on Malan Street and South Imperial Avenue. The police had responded to two calls of gunfire in that area. Dispatch also received a call from Pioneers Memorial Hospital saying PMH was treating two gunshot victims. Both were treated at the hospital, who said the injuries were non-life threatening. At last report, there was no suspect in custody and police said the investigation was ongoing.
