(The Imperial Irrigation District Board of Directors meet Tuesday)....They will meet in La Quinta.

The Board will convene at 1 pm. The Directors will present service awards and they will recognize two employees for completing the apprenticeship journeyman program. On the action agenda the board will be asked to adopt a resolution implementing Policy Governance and Adoption of Board Policy. The will discuss approving the Internal Auditor employment agreement with Francesca Williams, and the board will consider approval of the Integrated Resource Plan submission to the California Energy Commission.
