(Arrest made in Attempted Homicide investigation)....The incident occurred on March 30th.

Yuma County Sheriff's Deputies were called to a business in the 800 block of East 21st Street. An altercation had broken out at the business. Employees removed those involved. The altercation resumed in the parking lot. During the altercation shots were exchanged. One person and several vehicles were hit. The wounded person had left the scene when Deputies arrived. He was later located at the Yuma Hospital. The Yuma County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Bureau assumed the investigation. A suspect was identified on April 11th. 33-year-old Abraham Espinoza of Yuma was contacted and taken into custody charged with Attempted Homicide. Investigators say a second suspect was identified and arrested on Thursday. 22-year-old Jiovanny Isaiah Ochoa was taken into custody and also charged with attempted Homicide. The case remains under investigation.
