(Calexico voters decided a Recall question Tuesday)....Voters in the Border City were asked if they approved a recall of two City Council Members.

The two are  Council members Raul Urena and Gilberto Manzanarez. Two updates were released after the polls closed at 8 pm Tuesday. The last update was released at 10:27 pm. According to those ballots 2,332 voted yes and 736 voted no for Urena. For Manzanarez there were 2,289 yes votes and 752 no votes. Registrar of Voters, Linsey Dale, says her Department hopes to have the rest of the ballots counted sometime today, followed by canvassing of the votes on Thursday.
