Another update has been released with results from the March 5 Presidential Primary Election.

According to the Imperial County Elections Department, 15,018 ballots have been counted as of Monday afternoon. No significant changes have been seen.

In the race for Imperial County Board of Supervisors District 1, Martha Cardenas-Singh has 1,572 votes, 45.24 percent of the ballots counted so far. Diana Garcia-Ruiz has 1,024 votes for second and Ashley Bertussi has 879 votes.

Board of Supervisors District 3 shows Margarita "Peggy" Price with 1,625 votes and Felipe Irigoyen 1,287.

Board of Supervisors District 4 has incumbent Ryan Kelley with over 57 percent of the vote, easily outdistancing four challengers.

Imperial Irrigation District Division 4 shows Javier Gonzales with 763 votes. Lewis Pacheco 640. Joong Kim 540. Rodlfo Valdez 277 and MichaelAnthony Jeffers 133.

Judge Christopher Plourd has 9,365 votes and Francisco Amador 4,894.

District-wide, in the 36th State Assembly race, Jeff Gonzales has 17,242 votes, Jose "Joey" Acuna 9,834 and Edgard Garcia 6,776.

Doctor Raul Ruiz leads in the House of Representatives District 25 race with 40,094 votes and Ian Weeks follows with 16,997.
