(Imperial Valley Desert Museum Lowlanders)....They are a group of hikers at the Museum.

They have scheduled a new hike. The Crucifixion Thorn Preserve has been added to the groups hike this Sunday. Hikers are expected to enjoy a view of a unique, rare plant in California. The Museum says the plants and names are referenced to the Bible story of the plants placed on the head of Christ during the crucifxion. For those who want to participate, the hike will leave from the IVDM Parking lot at 8 am Sunday. Dogs are welcome.
