(Highway 78 was shut down Monday morning at 5:13 am)....Traffic was stopped near Black Mountain Road.

It was to allow a medical helicopter to land. It loaded the injured from a single vehicle roll-over accident and transport them to a hospital. The California Highway Patrol says a vehicle flipped in that area, injuring the driver. No other details have been released, as the investigation continues.
