The Brawley City Council will meet Thursday evening.
The Special Meeting is for the council reorganization. The Council is expected to name Ramon Castro as Mayor and Don Wharton as Mayor Pro-Tempore. The meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers in Brawley City Hall.
