Cielo Grande is located at 2420 Rancho Frontera Avenue in Calexico. The Grand Opening Ceremony for the $22.4 million project will begin at 11 am Wednesday. Attending the ceremony will be Assemblymember Eduardo Garcia, representatives from Chelsea Investment Corporation and City dignitaries. The Units are for families and farmworkers earning 30% to 60% of the area median income, and includes services for residents, such as after school programs for children, and adult education and skill-building classes.
