(The Comprehensive Classification and Compensation Study for all County Positions)....The process for the study is now set.

The County Board of Supervisors directed the CEO to conduct the survey in June. This week, CEO Miguel Figueroa presented the Board with the process he will use to conduct the study. The CEO convened a core group of County Staff to provide support and be a resource to the Classification and Compensation Work group. The work group created a road map to develop a request for proposal to incorporate items requested by the Board. Thge RFP posted on Junbe 26th with a deadline of July 19th.
