A single-vehicle rollover accident a claimed life Wednesday morning.

The accident occurred at about 10:38 a.m. Wednesday on La Brucherie Road just south of Interstate 8. Few details are available but, the vehicle apparently went out of control and rolled over. One individual, apparently alone in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
