(IID Board of Directors appoint Interim General Manager)......The decision was made during the closed session held Tuesday.

Appointed as the Interim General Manager was Sergio Quiroz, who currently serves as the Assistant IID General Manager. The appointment takes effect on June 3rd. The current IID General Manager, Henry Martinez, will retire on June 2nd. Martinez has served 45 years in the energy and water industry, of those as IID General Manager.
