(Mother's Day in the US is Sunday)....There is a special Mother's Day event scheduled.

It will not be on Mother's Day. The event is being hosted by the Imperial Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce and the City of El Centro. It is a Mother's Day Paint and Sip event. It will be held Friday, May 19 from 5:30 to 8:00 pm at the Old Post Office Pavilion on 5th Street in El Centro. Participants will celebrate by creating their very own masterpieces, under the step by step guidance of instructor Kimberly Alfaro. There will be a fee to participate to cover supply costs.
