(APCD LEEP program)....LEEP stands for Lawn Equipment Exchange Program.

Under the Air Pollution Control District Program, residents can exchange their dirty operable gas-powered mower and lawn equipment for an Electric Mower, Leaf Blower, or String Trimmer at a discounted price. The exchange will be May 6th at SA Recycling Center, 460 East Holton Road in El Centro. Pre-registration is required at 818 400 2971. For more information contact the local APCD.
