The Calexico Neighborhood House is organizing the Festival. It will be held at the Rockwood Promenade in Downtown Calexico on Thursday March 30th. The Cesar Chavez Celebration Festival will commemorate the life and legacy of the Labor Leader. The Festival will run from 2-7 pm.
