The State of the County Address will be presented by the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, District 4 Supervisor Ryan Kelley. The event will be held at Crown Citrus Company, 407 South Industrial Avenue in Calipatria. The reception is at 5:30 pm and the program starts at 6:30 pm. More details are forthcoming.
