North/South traffic in the Valley may get a bit easier.

Imperial County will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the new Dogwood Road bridge over the Central Main Canal. The ceremony will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 6, 2023. The previous bridge was deemed unsafe and has since been replaced with a new span.
