(COVID report for Baja California)....The report was issued this week.

The Baja California Secretary of Public Health, Adrian Medina, delivered the report. In the statement, Medina said active COVID 19 Cases remained low in the state. In the past week health officials recorded 749 active cases of COVID 19 in the entire state of Baja California. The bulk of the cases were reported in Tijuana. Less than 40 of the cases were recorded in Mexicali. The hospitalization rate for the state is under 2%. Medina attributed the low numbers to the people's participation to prevent the coronavirus.
