(Fog on the Mountain grade).....Fog and rain have been reported on the grade for the last couple days.

Monday afternoon the weather may have contributed to a collision. The California Highway Patrol says at 3:40 Monday afternoon a vehicle was traveling Westbound on Interstate 8. Waterhole 7, at the fog line, the vehicle collided with a Big Horn Sheep. The Mazda was damaged, and the sheep was killed. The CHP says the vehicle occupant was not injured.
