(Imperial Valley College Student Health Center)....They are offering the Fall For Wellness Workshops next week.

The workshops include stress management, nutrition and sof skills. The workshops will be given on October 11, 12 and 13 from 3-4 pm in Room 11. To attend, register at the Student Health Center website. Students who complete a series of three workshops receive a $50 gift card.
