(IID Directors Special Meeting)...It will be held Friday afternoon.

There is just one action item on the agenda. The Directors will be asked to adopt a resolution proclaiming a local emergency associated with the September 9th storm event. The storm system, remnants of Hurricane Kay, caused significant damage to the Imperial Irrigation District electri and water infrastructure and other property in Imperial County.. The resolution helps ensure the District's eligibility to receive reimbursement monies from the State of California Governor's Office of Emergency Services for repair and or replacement of the District's electric and water infrastructure damaged  in the storm event. The special meeting will be called to order at 1:30 Friday afternoon and will be held in the Executive Room at the Round Building on Main Street in El Centro.
