(September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness month)....Several entities are participating.

Among them is the Imperial Irrigation Diustrict. In passing the resolution, the IID Board said it was important that women are aware of the disease. Ovarian Cancer can be deadly, but it is also highly curable is diagnosed in time. The survival rate is 90% if diagnose early. That rate is 25% if caught in the later stages.
